All orders to National and International orders are shipped by Nigerian Post, and are subject to the costs mentioned below:

The above rates will be automatically updated on the checkout of the order. Shipping rates are not inclusive of import fees that could be charged when the package reaches customer destination country.
EXTRA DUTIES AND CHARGES
For Nigeria, prices include Nigerian VAT at 5%. Other users may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once the package reaches Users country.
Kinabuti operate Monday to Friday and not on local/public holidays. Delivery times may be a little longer during sales or local/public holidays:
Europe 10 working days
USA and Canada 15 working days
Rest of the world 20 working days
All the orders require a signature upon delivery. Kinabuti are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation or destination customs clearance.
All orders are shipped from Kinabuti warehouse within 2 business days (subject to card clearance). Once the package is shipped Kinabuti will send an email to the User with instructions on how to track and collect it. For all orders, the shipping confirmation will include carrier and tracking number information.
SHIPPING AND COLLECTING
During the registration process at Kinabuti User will be required to register or provide its personal address information. The package will be delivered to the address stated as User delivery address. If User wishes Kinabuti to ship the package to an alternative address, that address must be stated in the checkout process.
SHIPPING AND COLLECTING NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES
International orders will be shipped with Nigerian Post. User can track its package at Nigeria Post website using the tracking number provided. Once that courier requires a signature when delivering the goods, User or his representative will have to be present at specified shipping address at the time of the delivery.
SUCCESSFUL SHIPMENT DELIVERY
Upon delivery of every order, costumers are asked to inspect the box carefully BEFORE signing for the delivery. If for any reason the box looks tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event that the box has been signed for with an unauthorised signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, open a claim immediately with the courier and please contact Kinabuti at email@example.com.
ORDER NOT DELIVERED IMPUTABLE TO THE USER
If the order is not successfully delivered to the address of the user due to any reason imputable to him (no person at the address, wrong phone number, wrong or incomplete address, disagreement with import regulations, etc..), as per the trade agreement with D'Adélia, there may be the risk of the order is returned to D'Adélia at the expense of the user, including any import fees that may be charged at the time of the reentry in Portugal, in the case of shipments from countries outside the EU. These costs will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement. Shipping costs will not be refunded for uncollected items. Return shipment for uncollected items may be subject to additional taxes, costs or charges levied by customs or other parties, none of which will be refunded by D'Adélia.
ORDER NOT DELIVERED IMPUTABLE TO KINABUTI
If for any reason imputable to Kinabuti is not possible to deliver the ordered items within 40 working days after order confirmation, a new delivery date will be proposed to the user. If this new date is not convenient for him, for any reason, User may terminate the agreement without being blamed for any expense or charge. User will be refunded all amounts paid meantime, within 30 days of termination of the contract.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We're sure you'll love your order. But if for any reason you don't, we have a no questions asked returns policy for items bought on our website.
Here's what to do:
1. Make sure items are unworn, that the original tags are attached and that you've included a completed exchange/returns form in your parcel.
2. Return your unworn items within 5 working days to the address below, using a traceable service. Make sure you keep your proof of postage.

What happens next?
Once we've received your item(s) we try to turn around the exchange or refund within 2-4 working days.
We'll refund you via your original method of payment. It usually takes 3 - 5 working days for the refund to appear in your PayPal balance or on your credit/debit card. We’ll email you to let you know when we've refunded you.
Want to exchange something? You have 5 days from when you received your parcel to make an exchange. Simply post it to our returns address, with a note on the invoice of the new item you’d like.
We’ll do the exchange when your item reaches us – don't worry; you won't need to pay postage again. Please note that we send all exchanges via our Standard Delivery service.
