WANT TO MAKE A RETURN? NO PROBS. HERE IT IS HOW

We are sure you'll love your order. But If it doesn't fit or you don't love it as much as you hoped, you can simply return it! We have a no questions asked returns policy for items bought on our website. Here it is how:

Here's what to do:

1. Make sure items are unworn, (tried on is fine), unwashed and that the original tags are attached.  Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (dustbags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order. 

2. Return your unworn items within 5 working days of the delivery of the order, to the address below, using a traceable service. Make sure you keep your proof of postage and you be refunded of all sums paid meantime. However, user will be charged of the cost of the shipping.

Please note that all postage costs must be covered by the customer, unless the garment is faulty.

If you received a faulty garment or the wrong item, please email us at info@kinabuti.com so we can make it right! 


3. In order to exercise the right to terminate the contract, User can, by any means, communicate his intention to Kinabuti, namely by email to the address info@kinabuti.com or phone number/whatsapp +234 7034033350, communicating its intention to terminate the contract, and for this purpose, the order number supplied with the order confirmation.

4. Please ensure you include a note stating your full name and order number so we know who has sent us the goodies. If your goodies arrived wrapped up for their protection, please make sure that you have wrapped them securely before popping them back in the mail. We’ll be in contact as soon as we have received your return and processed it for you!

 

Refunds

We'll refund you via your original method of payment. It usually takes 3 - 5 working days for the refund to appear in your PayPal balance or on your credit/debit card. We’ll email you to let you know when we've refunded you.

Exchanges

We don’t do exchanges, you can choose between receiving a refund or store credit.

Sale Items

You can not return sale items for an exchange or refund.

Please note:

  • This information does not apply for wholesale orders.

  • We can only accept returns for purchases made on our website.

  • We recommend using a registered service for returns (and keeping your receipt), as we unfortunately can’t be responsible for lost post.

Faulty item

We pride ourselves on quality control, because we want you to LOVE your Kinabuti Pieces – from up close, from far away, after rocking it all day.
