KINABUTI FASHION INITIATIVE COMPLETES 1ST PHASE OF RENOVATIONS AT THE COKER PRIMARY SCHOOL COMPLEX
The Orile Iganmu Nursery and Primary School, and Alaafia Primary School, Coker; are very thankful for the gates which Kinabuti Fashion Initiative built for their schools.
At the Orile Iganmu Nursery and Primary School, Kinabuti interviewed the Principal (head teacher) Mrs Agnes Nwadinka (Director of Education), who was very thankful for all we have done for the school through the past couple of years, from building toilets, windows, mounting gates and lately, the rails. According to her, though she would be retiring soon, she intends to make sure Kinabuti’s work at the school continues even after she leaves, by encouraging her successor to carry on the great relationship between KFI (Kinabuti Fashion Initiative), OIPA and the school. “We thank Kinabuti for their continued support, they have really done a lot to create a better learning environment. The children, teachers are all happy because of the continued renovations and we want to encourage them not to relent in their goodwill towards the students, as God would reward them bountifully.” Mrs Nwadinka said.
The work has been completed in one school and Kinabuti is moving to the refurbishment of the Coker Primary School Complex where the students of Coker Primary School spend their lunch period. Many thanks to our donors SPAR, Dana Plastic, Vital, Columbia, Sarsoli, LA Taverna, Sympli; and our sponsors, Pepsi and Oasis Spa; without them, this would not have been possible.
